Hi, I’m Rachel Erickson.

For over a decade, I’ve been exactly where you are: in the trenches, building and scaling my own teams from the ground up. I see too often that fashion founders feel they need to be the "Chief of Everything Officer" - handling the vision, putting out the daily fires, and working around the clock under the belief that if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself.

But white-knuckling your business only leads to burnout, not growth.

Over the last 10+ years as a manager, team leader and business leader, I had to learn the hard way how to step out of the daily operations and step into true leadership.

 

I navigated the terrifying process of making my first hires, learned how to make the tough (but necessary) calls to let the wrong people go, and figured out the delicate balance between managing tasks and mentoring a team.
